Hello, everyone!

At this time of year, we can all be in a bit of a slump. As beautiful as winter can be, it can often get a little tiring. Before Christmas, we don’t mind the shorter days and darker nights, because we have something to look forwards to. But, when we enter into the new year, the cold can really start to get to you. If you feel like you’re suffering from seasonal affective disorder, it might help you to do something fun and exciting. And what could be more fun and exciting than booking your next trip to a location of your dreams?

Paris is one of the most amazing places in the world. But you probably know that by now! If you’ve never been before, lift your spirits by booking a trip to Paris for this spring. Even if you have been before, a trip to Paris could be all you need to shake off those winter blues. You don’t have to go for long, and it doesn’t even have to cost you a lot, you can go for a few days and eat nothing but bread and cheese, and still be blissfully happy.

And then there’s always Italy. It’s a beautiful country with so many different experiences to offer. You might be tempted by the hustle and bustle or Rome, or by the laid back lifestyle of Sicily. Either way, booking a holiday to Italy this summer could give you something to look forwards too. And, you have to admit, the prospect of eating well is always an alluring factor.

Maybe this year will be the year that you do something big with your travel plans. If you’ve always wanted to go on a safari, now might be the time to book it! Africa has so many different cultures within it, you’ve got a lot of decisions to make if you do want to book. Whether you choose to do a traditional safari or go with something a little more specialist, like lion conservation, the continent will not disappoint.

The UK is home to some incredibility gorgeous countries. But if you’ve never been to Scotland before, nows your time to go. It’s often cited as one of the most beautiful countries in the world. It’s easy to see why. Not only are the landscapes breathtaking, but the culture is incredible too. Whether you choose to stay on the coast, or head into one of Scotland’s many cities, you’ll be blown away by the culture and experience.

A lot of people will tell you that it’s expensive to visit the United States, but as with any kind of travel, it’s as expensive as you make it. If you really want to pull yourself out of your slump, then book a trip to the USA. You can even find many different kinds of travel experience. Maybe you fancy a bit of sun? Then it’s California that’s calling you name. Or, if you want culture, excitement and experience, New York could be the destination for you

And what about you? Which place is already in your mind for your Spring or Summer getaways? Let us know your thoughts and plans in the comment section below.

As always, thank you for visiting and have a great day!

I love Paris, such a beautiful city. And I just got back from San Francisco, it was absolutely lovely there as well ❤️ My next trip will be to Svalbard (Norway), but after that I’d like to visit either Iceland, South-Korea or Japan,

Great suggestions, thanks! I do actually plan to visit Paris on May this year with my daughter, and before that, on March, I’ll go to Milan with 2 other friends.
In New York I’ve been last summer and it’s truly “the city that never sleeps”. From there I could go to an amazing cruise for 8 days to Bahamas (and it was not that expensive at all).
Africa is a good suggestions too, but probably a trip there would happen (if ever) after few more years. I’m mostly a “city girl” and there are so many great cities just waiting to be visited. I wish I could travel all the time.
