One good thing every beauty subscription box offers is that you can take in your hands new and sometimes unknown skincare and makeup products. I have a Lookfantastic box subscription and the last 3 months I have tried a lot of products and a few new releases. Some of them were indifferent to me while some other products were really worth giving them a second try. Here are some of the products I started using lately and I am sure I will buy once they are finished.
Omorovicza Cleansing Foam
Having normal to dry skin means thatIi want to clean my face from makeup and other impurities using products that will not dry out or dehydrate my skin. This cleansing foam is soft and smells like fresh source water (contains Hungarian Thermal Water). Removes makeup, purifies skin and gently cleanses leaving my face bright and clear. Did I mention its baby blue color?
skinChemists 24H Aqua Repair Facial Serum
Just a tiny amount of this serum full with vitamins and antioxidants can make a big difference to dry or sensitive skin. I use it every morning after cleansing and toning and I feel my face hydrated all day long. I have noticed also that some small spots in my face which suffered from redness aren’t red any more. It smells amazing and absorbs easy and as I have already told you, you only need a small amount to feel your skin soft and calm.
The Ordinary’s Natural Moisturising Factors + HA
The Ordinary might be a quite new entry in the skincare industry but right now is the brand every one is talking about. Everyone wants to try at least one of its product to find out if they worth all this hype and whether finally, affordable skincare products can make the difference. Well, since I tried this moisturizer a few months ago I have ordered one more tube along with many other products, such as Buffet, Glycolic acid 7% Toning Solution, High-Adherence Silicone Primer and much more. It’s been only a few days I have started using and adding them to my skincare routine so I am not ready yet to review them all. 2-3 weeks later I think i will be able to find out how they work on my face.
Now, as for the Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA: the cream is quite thick but absorbs quickly and leave my skin nourished and soft. It’s not greasy at all and it’s fragrance free. I have used it with 2 different serums and it worked very well with both of them. I feel my face hydrated and I can feel its soothing effects especially when I wake up in the morning. It promises to offer lasting results with continued use, let’s see how it will turn out a few weeks later.
James Read H2O Gradual Tan Mist
If you have pale skin as I do, every summer I am pretty sure your looking forward to get that tan and glow look but as natural as you just came back from holidays. Well, I think I found the mist that works perfect in my skin. Before I tried in my face I sprayed it first in my arm and waited a few hours to see the final result. I loved how natural the color was and how soft I felt my arm. This mist contains rose water and is so easy to apply. Each application gradually builds a deeper tan and can be used as a primer as well as a makeup setter.
Laura Geller Baked Balance-N-Brighter Foundation
This is a powder foundation perfect for the warmer days but it can also work great over the liquid foundation. I have used on its own as well and I was amazed of how dreamy it was. Feels like wearing no makeup, looks natural and stays on throughout the day. If you are looking for a product that offers weightless coverage and leave your skin radiant and fresh then this is your choice.
So, there it is, 5 products I have tried lately and really loved. And what about you? Have you tried any new product? Let us know your suggestion in the comment section below.
