Hello, everyone!

Pampering myself at least once every week is a great way to fight winter and all the dryness on my skin, caused by the cold, the humidity and the internal heating. It is also a good way to have a special me-time after a busy day, along with a favorite book, lit candles and a bar of chocolate. Here are a few of my favorite beauty products to pamper my dry skin during winter.

Starting from the face, a mask is always the easiest way to nourish any skin suffering from dryness, dullness or breakouts. Sephora has a great range of face sheet masks for any skin type and concern.  Recently, I tried the orchid, an anti-aging and smoothing mask which brings moisture and evenness to the skin. Holika Holika is a Korean brand which offers skincare products and masks for any skin type as well. I have tried already a few of this range but I love the pearl sheet mask. Contains pearl extracts, smells divine and brightens my skin, making it radiant and flawless.

Dry oil is a light oil which absorbs very quickly, moisturizes and nourishes the skin but leaving it without feeling greasy. The Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse is a multi-purpose dry oil, suitable for face, skin and hair. After my bath or shower, I like using it on my body, massaging especially any drier or cracked areas. So easy to apply (I have the spray dispenser), smells gorgeous and the perfume lasts for hours.  I love how soft, repaired and renewed I feel my skin every time I use it.

For my normal but thin hair, I use the Garnier Oat Milk Delicacy series, (shampoo and conditioner) but I love the hair mask from this range, a creamy soft mask made from Oat Milk & Rice Cream. Oat milk nourishes sensitive skins while rice cream hydrates hair and scalp. The result is soft, clean hair with volume, extra pampered and refreshed! The smell is incredible as well, a mix of powder, milk, and fresh vanilla ice-cream.

Winter can really damage my foot but I found recently this trendy product which works miracles and is called foot mask. Sephora’s Almond mask it’s a sock mask easy to wear but every time I use it I have to be careful. I must avoid any move about 20 minutes to prevent any slip. But the effect is really magical, I feel my feet soothed and soft and any rough area totally conditioned. The mask contains a lot of product so when I open the socks I massage my feet and my calves as well.

A winter pamper day wouldn’t be completed without taking care of our lips and hands. Winter and cold days can really dry and damage both of them. For my lips, since the day one I tried the Nuxe Ultra-nourishing Lip Balm Rêve de Miel I haven’t used any other lip balm. I love the smell of honey but most of all I love how soft, smooth and repaired my lips feel.

Again from Nuxe, I use the Hand and Nail Cream Rêve de Miel which nourishes and protect my hands, giving them all the moisture they need.  With honey, sunflower, precious oils and Vitamin E, the smell is lovely and pleasant, a mix of honey and flowers.

As always, thank you for visiting and have a great day!

Just 30-50 minutes is the only time you need once every week!

The Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse is my favourite product of all time! And the Creme de Corps Whipped Body Butter from Kiehl’s – both are so moisturising and smell amazing! Next time I visit a city that has Sephora, I want to try those sheet masks as well.

My face and hands take the brunt of the winter weather. I slather on the face cream. However, I’ve yet to find something that will work for my dry, cracked cuticles. These look like some great products…I’ll specifically have to look in to the face mask!

Besides the hand cream, the dry oil could work for the cuticles as well.
