Hello, everyone!

Last month I shared with you a few favorite things. That post was one of your favorites so I thought I’d share with you some of the things I love this month as well. Who knows, if you love this post also, I might come back again next month with a few more new favorites. loving-lately-books-eyeshadow-palette-jewellery

I won’t lie to you, the first book by Sarah Knight wasn’t exactly as I expected it to be. I am talking about the ”The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F**k” which I have already reviewed in a previous post. So, I ignored Sarah’s second suggested book ”Get Your Sh*t Together” and jumped straight to the third one because the title did something to me. I do believe that we all and every one of us has the power to control, design and re-design -if necessary- our lives, but in this modern world, we tend to forget our strength and potential.

According to Sarah Knight, it’s time to accept ourselves, and why not, put them first and be happy without caring about what other people think and want from us. Still reading the book but so far, so good. I found it motivating, awakening and uplifting!

Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman

When Kate La Vie shared her current readings a few weeks ago the title of this book caught my eyes. The story, funny yet sad, take place in Glaskov, and it’s all about the odd Eleanor, a nearly thirty years old girl who lives her simple, organized and balanced life believing that everything is as it should be. Until one day, everything changes and she will never be the same Eleanor again. She loses herself trying to be ”normal”but in the end, she stands up and takes care of herself. This is author’s debut book, and I am glad I have found it cause it’s really charming, heartwarming, original and powerful.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette

When I  got my first ABH palette, the Modern Renaissance, I wouldn’t believe there would be another so beautiful and pretty palette like this. But nope, I was wrong! Soft Glam palette, which released just a few weeks ago, is much prettier, softer and warmer than Modern Renaissance. The shades, 14 matte and shimmery shadows, are smooth and high pigmented and vary from champagne to rose gold and from shimmering pink to peach and warm brown. Three of the shades can be found already in the Modern Renaissance palette but these 3 shades and the rest 11 altogether, work pretty well, as they are complementary to each other. Not forget to mention the packaging, a delicate, pale peach velvet case which I totally adore.

Rose Gold Jewelry by Jewellerybox

Rose Gold jewelry has been my favorites for a long time now and whenever I have the opportunity to choose some new pieces I always tend to add rose gold rings/necklaces/earrings in my collection. Marianna, on behalf of Jewelrybox, has recently contacted me regarding their review program and of course, I wouldn’t miss their offer and the chance to find some beautiful new rose gold jewelry pieces.

Both of my choices arrived in their cute paper box, (which is perfect for gift box as well) and the delivery was really fast. Just 3-4 days since I was told that the package was sent, I delivered them and this is a very short period for a delivery from the UK to Greece.

First, I chose the rose gold dipped sterling silver letter E pendant on chain*. In case you are wondering why E, well my Greek name starts with E as it is Eleni, but I like using the French version of it, aka Helene, on my social networks. The pendant comes with a delicate chain (you can choose the chain length) while the letter itself has the right size. Not too big yet not too small, in order to be easily visible and recognizable. I chose a short chain as I like wearing my necklaces too close to my neck.

The second piece I chose is this gorgeous, rose gold of course, ring set*. The set consists of three rings which can be worn either one by one or all together. I love them all as they are delicate and elegant, yet timeless pieces that can be styled with any outfit, from casual to formal to glamorous.  The first ring has small white gemstones and I like wearing it alone to highlight its beautiful romantic style. The other two pieces are the infinity ring, the symbol of continuous connection and the double braided shape ring which I usually wear both of them together but I have also mixed them with other rings I had already in my collection.

If you are looking for affordable but classic, elegant and feminine jewellery pieces for yourself or to gift your loved ones, you need to check Jewellerybox. I am quite sure you will find quality, beautiful and dainty pieces that you will wear either day or night, pieces you can style easily with all your outfits!
