    These are some of the important health benefits of drinking coffee. I am mostly a tea drinker. Morning I need tea. But I make it a point to drink coffee at least once during the day. My husband insists I do because of all these health benefits of coffee. Loved this post. 🙂

    I didn’t realize there were so many benefits to espresso. I don’t drink coffee, just the occasional caramel cappuccino, but my husband loves it. I’ll have to share this with him.

    I seriously didn’t know about all of these benefits! Sadly, I’m not a fan of anything remotely coffee flavoured. However, I may start giving espresso a try for some added health benefits 🙂

    I absolutely ADORE coffee! I wasn’t much of an espresso drinker before moving to Miami where all the Cuban coffee is in abundance. Now that I’ve moved away, I’m gonna have to start making my own to get my espresso fix. 😉

    I never used to care for coffee. I was a tea drinker, but this has since changed. At a previous job there was coffee on all the time so I have acquired the taste and love espresso!
